Summary
FJA are recruiting on behalf of a leading service provider in the utilities industry for an experienced EICA Project Manager to strengthen their delivery team.
Location: North Lanarkshire, Scotland, Hybrid Working available.

EICA Project Manager role:
• You will report to the Senior Project Manager or Operations Manager and manage the full project lifecycle, from design to commissioning, ensuring efficient, timely, and safe delivery within budget and to the highest quality standards, while meeting client expectations.
EICA Project Manager responsibilities:
• Ensure seamless BMS integration throughout the entire project lifecycle, from tender to final completion.
• Maintain the company's reputation by fostering strong relationships with joint venture partners and suppliers.
• Ensure that sufficient trained personnel are available for the project and that they are aware of their individual responsibilities.
• Plan and oversee project execution, including PEP review and approval, and ensuring timely implementation of detailed construction plans and method statements
• Continuously develop professionally by actively participating in industry events, conferences, and associations.
• Understanding and implementing quality, safety, environmental standards and targets.
• Maintain a solid practical grasp of all technical aspects involved in water, wastewater design and construction projects.
EICA Project Manager requirements:
• Knowledge of PLC/SCADA systems and communication networks.
• Experience in a Process Industry and Project Delivery.
• PMQ or equivalent project management qualification.
• Degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant construction, commercial, or engineering field.
• Excellent oral and written communicator with the ability to work in close partnership with clients, stakeholders, and end users.
• Strategic, operational and technical and management skills
• Knowledge of construction contracts, preferably NEC or IChemE, with negotiation and administration skills.
• Risk & Opportunity Management experience
• Working knowledge of CDM and construction Health & Safety
• Experience in water and waste water treatment plants
• Chartered Engineer (CEng) or equivalent professional qualification.
• NEC Project Manager Accreditation
• Knowledge of Rockwell and Siemens automation product range (desirable).
• Experience of managing control and automation project (desirable).
• Technical Competencies; contract management, governance, budgeting and cost control, risk, opportunities and issue management, project planning (schedule), digital delivery, procurement (negotiations and management), solutions development (pre- construction / design development), client, stakeholder and conflict management, resource management, change management, quality management.
• Behavioural competencies; communication, collaboration, client focus, striving for results, integrity, trust and respect, coaching, providing feedback and leadership.
