At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for Picker Packer s roles in Kettering, NN14 (North Northamptonshire) to work for a leading UK retailer.
- Previous experience as a Picker Packer is essential

Role of a Picker Packer :
- Order picking products using a voice automated system - training provided
- Using MHE such as pump trucks and LLOPs
- Will include some heavy lifting
- Work to standard warehouse operating procedures in line with company policy.
- Maintain high levels of Health and Safety awareness and report any areas of concern.
Picker Packer role details:
- Salary: £13.80 - AM shift; £14.80 - PM shift;
- Overtime £17.25/h AM -shift; £18.50/h -PM shift;
- Fixed shift AM 06:00-14:00 / PM 14:00-22:00
- Location: Kettering, NN14
- Duration: Ongoing Full-Time Role, you will be given a rota so you can plan around this
As a Picker Packer , you will need to have:
- Good communication skills
- Able to follow instructions
- Ability to give attention to detail
- Previous experience as a Picker Packer or picker packer is an advantage, but not essential as Full training is provided.
