Are you passionate about the hair and beauty industry and customer service? Join our team as a Hair and Beauty Commercial Coordinator, where you’ll manage and enhance the commercial salon operations, driving sales and revenue through exceptional client experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with teaching staff to plan and promote salon services.
Build client relationships by proactively scheduling appointments and promoting offers.
Manage social media promotions, salon marketing, and highlight learner successes.
Oversee the commercial and product budget, including stock control, and support the finance team with tracking sales and expenses.
Guide learners in practical settings, and assess students in reception and sales modules.
Maintain reports, exceed financial targets, and ensure smooth reception operations.
About You:
Recent experience in a reception, customer service, or retail environment.
Sales and customer-focused skills, ideally within a commercial salon.
Digital proficiency, with experience using platforms like Phorest and social media.
Excellent organisational skills and adaptability to changing schedules.
This role will suit someone committed to supporting students and ensuring high standards of client care. Flexibility is required, including occasional weekend and evening hours.
