Job Title: MSO (Multi skilled Operator)
Location: Grimsby
Job Description:
The Best Connection - We are seeking an experienced Multi skilled Operator (MSO). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse operations, particularly within a cold storage environment.
Candidate Requirements:
Licenses: Must hold a valid reach truck license. Experience with PPT and counterbalance is preferred. A scissor lift license is a plus.
Shift Pattern: Rotating shifts of 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM and 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM.
Pay Rate: plus a £1.05 premium per hour for working rotating shifts.
Environment: Working in cold storage, managing racking heights of 8-14 meters.
Soft Skills: Must be a team player and willing to occasionally work overtime.
