We are looking for an experienced Cleaning Team Leader to manage a cleaning team, including development of staff and maintain excellent service standards for the delivery of routine planned and periodic cleaning for a Mitie customer.
You'll be responsible for the delivery of routine planned and periodic cleaning. You will ensure that the cleaning staff understand and work to task schedules while following the correct Health & Safety procedures by providing technical training as and when required. Ensure cleaning work is in compliance with Environment Health and Safety (EHS) and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) procedures, rules and guidelines You'll distribute uniforms, monitor standard of cleanliness and the use of materials and order stocks as necessary. You will deal with any issues efficiently and in a professional manner, referring to line manager where appropriate.
The ideal candidate will have previous supervisory and cleaning experience. You'll will have good communication skills, be reliable and hardworking with a professional attitude and they will be able to work to a schedule on their own initiative.
Usual working hours Monday - Friday 15:30-19:30
