About the Role:
As a Class 2 Multi Drop Driver at Matthew Clark’s Bedford Depot, you’ll team up with a Driver’s Mate to ensure efficient, courteous delivery of orders to our customers, prioritising safety and punctuality.
Salary: £33,808.00
Hours: 42 hours, Monday to Friday
Contract: Permanent
What You’ll Do:
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and keep vehicles in optimal condition according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure full compliance with Tachograph legislation, supporting safe loading and unloading of vehicles.
- Deliver orders to customers courteously and efficiently, completing all paperwork and EPOD tasks accurately.
- Collect and return to the depot all empty kegs, returns, and damages, placing them in designated areas.
About You:
You’ll need at least 2 years of driving experience, a valid Driving Licence for the relevant class (clean preferred, maximum 6 points), and a Driver CPC qualification.
