Summary
e are seeking a dedicated and hardworking CSCS Labourer with a Full Clean driving license to join our clients team to travel and work on-site. The ideal candidate will possess a valid CSCS card and be ready to contribute to various construction tasks. This role is essential for ensuring that projects run smoothly and safely, while adhering to all health and safety regulations.
Shift Pattern
These are long hours up 12 hour shifts. Early starts 5am and finish times depend on when you get back. Long distance driving, team or 3-4 to share the driving. Paid from the time you start till the time you get back.
Responsibilities
Carry out general labouring duties as directed by site supervisors or foremen.
Ensure that all tools and equipment are maintained in good working order.
Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
Manual labour, lifting and carrying, transporting kitchen fittings.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area throughout the project duration.
Skills
Valid CSCS card is essential for this position and a full, clean driving license is needed to apply, please do no apply if you do not have both.
Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and supervisors.
Ability to follow instructions accurately and work as part of a team.
Good physical fitness, with the ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods. .
A proactive attitude towards health and safety practices on-site.
