Summary
Everyturn Mental Health has a fantastic opportunity to join us and take operational responsibility for Crisis Teams that deliver non-clinical crisis support to the local communities.
You will oversee our crisis teams and safe havens that directly work with people experiencing mental health crisis to ensure that commissioned targets are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of approximately 5-7 direct reports who manage our crisis teams to deliver non-clinical crisis support to the local communities to ensure that high quality service provision is delivered to all those requiring our services.
Analyse reports supplied by direct reports to ensure they are accurate before reporting back to the Head of Community and Crisis and commissioners to ensure that KPI’s are accurately stated and contracts are adhered too.
Provide the escalation point for informal complaints, investigate and seek to resolve complaints in a timely fashion to a satisfactory outcome.
Manage the day-to-day operational risk for the teams, providing an escalation and decision making point for the teams escalating further (Safeguarding Lead) if required to ensure appropriate action taken.
Delegated authority on crisis budgets, exploring opportunities for efficiencies, highlighting issues and concerns for financial sustainability.
Manage the team to provide performance metrics, that enable the postholder to suggest data driven improvements to the services, that support with a culture of continuous improvement.
Maintain and develop a key stakeholder engagement, with statutory and non-statutory services to support with awareness of the crisis service pathway.
Undertake any reasonable duties/responsibilities to meet the needs of the organisation.

Essential Requirements:
To be successful in this role, the following are essential: Relevant Management / Leadership Qualification or equivalent experience
Desirable:
Professional registration / qualification i.e RMN / General Nurse
