Summary
Our Cardiff North Team is looking to employ a Corporate Apprentice (Level 3) based in Rhiwbina Hub and working across all North Cardiff Hubs to contribute to our Service helping us to deliver a range of council and other services under one roof in 21 locations around the city. We are looking for ways to improve our social media and web presence to build stronger bilingual ties with our customers and promote our services.
The Cardiff North Hub provides a range of services under one roof for example council services, financial advice and support with employment. All Cardiff North Hubs have a library service
Learn to use effective written communication and copywriting skills to advertise the Wellbeing Support Service services on social media.
Create digital content for web and social media
Assist in designing marketing campaigns, ensuring all branding and messages are clear.
Work effectively both individually and collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team
Build and maintain positive relationships with Cardiff Hub customers and multiple professional teams
To develop transferrable workplace skills e.g.
To be proactive, adaptable, and responsive to change
To assist with the provision of a high-quality service – this may include developing homeworking skills for some roles.
To support internal and external customer requests and ensure internal and external customer satisfaction.
To communicate with a range of internal and/or external customers as required
To assist other team members in the carrying out of their duties
To work with others to carry out duties linked to the section in which the Apprentice is placed.
To undertake and complete all training and development experiences as required.
To participate in Corporate Scheme events

In order to support you in this, you are required to access safeguarding training at the level which is relevant to this post.
As a term of your employment you may be required to undertake such other duties and/or times of work as may reasonably be required of you, commensurate with your grade or general level of responsibility within the organisation.
Although you will be provided with a base, you will be required to work from various locations in accordance with the needs of the role.
