Are you passionate about urban transport and ready to advance your administrative career? We’re looking for an enthusiastic Business Support Lead to join our dynamic team!

In this pivotal role, you'll leverage technology to streamline our processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness. You’ll be responsible for preparing high-quality reports, presentations, and minutes for senior management, keeping everything on track.

You will also manage our local SharePoint site, but don’t worry if you’re not yet an expert—full training will be provided! Additionally, you’ll support visits, organize staff events, and provide administrative assistance to Senior Managers.

For the right candidate, there are excellent growth opportunities, including apprenticeships up to the master’s level. If you’re tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and excited about making a significant impact in the cycling industry, we’d love to hear from you!

About you


- Strong writing skills for clear and professional reports, presentations, and documents.
- Accuracy in managing documents and ensuring correctness.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, familiarity with SharePoint, and a quick learner with new software.
- Strong organizational skills for managing schedules, meetings, and multitasking.
- Clear communication with team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to coordinate tasks and ensure timely project completion.
