We are looking to appoint a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Headteacher for KS2 to join a highly motivated team in an outstanding school(Ofsted, April 2023)

We are seeking a dedicated and ambitious individual to develop as a senior leader. Along with other members of the senior leadership team, the Assistant Headteacher will be centrally involved in the management of the school and will be responsible for raising standards, instilling high expectations for all and helping to establish a culture that is nurturing and rigorous. They will also have opportunities to work across The Trust, supporting the continuing development of teaching & learning and our ambitious curriculum.

Our ideal candidate will be an outstanding teacher and a strategic leader with a resilient character and a strong personal drive. Experience in teaching and leading in Key Stage 2 is essential with the vision and confidence to develop others.
