What Youll Do: Clinical Expertise: Provide expert guidance in Urologyspecialty, advising on both surgical and non-surgical procedures. Service Development: Help shape service specifications, patient pathways, and staffing models, with a focus on enhancing Urologycompetencies for nurses, nursing associates, and healthcare assistants (HCAs). Strategic Support: Collaborate with the sales team to deliver Urologyservice contracts, support tendering processes, and contribute to business growth. Quality Assurance: Lead audits, update policies, and ensure excellence in Urologyservices. Innovation & Growth: Drive continuous improvement and innovation within your specialty. Leadership & Collaboration: Engage in quarterly Senior Practitioner Forums and work closely with multidisciplinary teams to optimise service delivery. Why Join Us?
