The University of Liverpool is seeking a pro-active and organised Library Support Coordinator to join our vibrant Libraries, Museums & Galleries team.

You will:
• Provide frontline customer care and library support across all library spaces (physical and digital).
• Work with colleagues to create and manage online content.
• Actively engage and interact with library users and colleagues.

You will focus on one of the following areas and provide expertise to support library services:
• Operations and Service Continuity.
• Library Circulation and Membership.
• Support for Teaching.
• Learning and Outreach.
• Accessibility.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience of dealing with the public in a busy service environment.
• Thrives by working collaboratively.
• Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong enquiry management abilities.
• Enjoys building relationships and leading a team.

You should have a minimum of 3 x GCSE or equivalent at grade C or above, including English. This is a part time permanent position, working 28 hrs pw, Wednesday to Saturday inclusive, based at the Harold Cohen Library.
