Summary
A leading food manufacturer is looking for flexible Industrial Cleaner to work in its modern, automated, and clean site based in Crumlin, Wales - 15 miles from Newport and 10 miles from Cwmbran and Caerphilly. This is a temporary ongoing contract with further opportunities for the right person
PAY: 12.72 / hr
HOURS: 2 x 8hrs shifts week one , 3 x 8hrs shifts week two (06:00-14:00)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Cleaning machinery/equipment to specification
- Housekeeping duties
- Ensuring the production area meets strict hygiene standards
- Recording all activities and signing off SOP checklists
- Always acting safely and within the site rules
PERSON SPECIFICATION:
You should be flexible, quality conscious, and can problem solve. You will be able to communicate with others effectively and work well within a team.
The ideal candidate for this role will have some experience in Manufacturing/Production, preferably within the food industry; however, training will be given.
BENEFITS:
Annual leave entitlement of 28 days a year pro-rota for the first 12 weeks, and 33 days per annum thereafter (including bank holidays). Free parking.
