Summary
Hours of work: 37 hours per week

Job Purpose:
The role will work with external funding agencies including Turing to source possible funding streams to enable the students access opportunities to enhance their studies. The post holder will also support the Student Union and the delivery of Enrichment opportunities across the College.
Key Responsibilities
1. Source funding streams available including Erasmus work experience opportunities in Europe and write bids that will enable students to engage in projects that enhance their studies.
2. Co-ordinate all projects including giving information to students and ensuring all necessary documentation is in place to ensure the Health and safety of all students.
3. Support staff with supervision of students involved with projects including travel outside of the UK
4. Co-ordinate emergency contacts when students are travelling to ensure there is effective communication
5. Ensure all travel arrangements are completed including all insurance documentation for staff and students
6. Liaise with external European partners to ensure that the criteria for the external funding agencies is fulfilled
7. Ensure that information exchange with European partners is accurate and timely so that students are given the most appropriate work experience opportunity
8. Evaluate all projects and report as necessary in line with external funding requirements and project contracts.
9. Support the Student Union within the college to provide enrichment opportunities to be accessible for all students across college.
Other Duties and Responsibilities
• To carry out all duties in accordance with the College’s Health and Safety policies and procedures.
• To carry out any other duties as directed by your Line Manager.
