We are looking for a dynamic team player to work front of house in our very busy Family Hub. Must be enthusiastic, be able to work as part of a team and be willing to work front of house meeting and greeting families and services.

About the role:

Working 25 hours per week as an administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our offices. Your responsibilities may include:

Managing and organising office documents and records.
Handling incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls.
Assisting with scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments.
Providing support to various departments as needed.
Maintaining office supplies and equipment.

Who we’re looking for:

Strong organisational skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
