Summary
We are seeking a motivated Inbound Sales Advisor to join our clients team on a temp-to-perm basis. The successful candidate will handle inbound calls from customers experiencing plumbing, electrical or gas emergencies, assisting them in connecting with the appropriate contractors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls from customers in need of emergency assistance.
- Gather necessary details about the customer's emergency situation and arrange for a contractor to attend to the issue.
- Process and handle customer payments efficiently and accurately.
- Aim to achieve sales targets, with potential earnings increasing based on performance.
- Ensure a positive customer experience by providing accurate information and timely connections to tradespeople.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to handle emergency situations with empathy and professionalism.
- No outbound calling; all interactions will be with customers who initiate contact.
Details:
- 40 hours per week, including either a Saturday or Sunday.
- Temporary to permanent contract.
- Shifts will vary between 7 am and 9 pm.
- £11.50 per hour plus £5 per sale (approximately 20 sales per day at peak).
