What you'll be doing

- Prepare and serve beverages to customers.
- Carry out a professional bar service (must be 18+)
- Checking ID on entry
- Client focus – providing excellent customer service at all times
- Stocking up the bar area
- Glass collection
- Organising and helping with events
- Perform daily paperwork and keep diligent records as required
- Sweeping/Mopping and general housekeeping to ensure areas are cleaned to a high standard at all times.
- Preparation of any other public facing areas as required.
- Assist with stock control, stock checks and orders.
- Undertake relevant training as required of all aspects of the role, including working towards your Food Hygiene Level 2 and Health and Safety Level 2 qualifications.

Experience

- Must be 18+
- Previous experience working in a bar is desirable but full training will be given to the right candidate
- Must be a great team player
- An Access NI check is required for this role.
