Turfing Operative (Landscape)
Location: Northampton
Salary: £12,50 per hour
Contract type: Permanent, Full Time
Working hours: Monday to Thursday 6:30 am to 4 pm, Friday 6:30 am to 3 pm

About the role
We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Landscape Operative to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the creation, maintenance, and enhancement of various outdoor spaces. You will be responsible for ensuring that these environments are not only aesthetically pleasing but also healthy and safe for public enjoyment.

Requirements


  • Must have experience of working with all soil conditions preparing and laying to a high standard

  • Can-do attitude and safety-conscious mindset.

  • Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

  • Willingness to learn and work well in a team.

  • A full valid UK driving licence and CSCS card is essential

  • Previous experience in a horticultural or similar background are advantageous.

  • PA1 and PA6 licences are desirable.
