Summary
We are embarking on a 2yrs programme of work to implement a customised CRM solution. The solution will bring together various applications that off the shelf’s solution cannot offer.
Now, no solution in the market has all the CRM modules in one go. More so, companies were not willing to customise an all-in-one solution due to cost and technological challenges. We would have to integrate/combine multiple solutions to achieve all in one. Meanwhile, many of the solutions do not even integrate/talk to each other. When they talk to each other, the integrations are not even reliable/efficient which can impact care delivery to service users.
Hence, this programme of work will help to deliver all core functionalities in one piece of software rather than integrating vendors solutions among vendors which has been very challenging.
This programme of work we want to implement is aimed to improve business efficiency as described below:
High Performing, High Quality Solutions - The solution will support real-time communication for 24/7 monitoring of service users. The service’s caregivers, family, health professionals etc. have access to the solution — on devices and endpoints — to reliable, high-quality video, audio, imagery, and patient-monitoring data which will enable provision of quality care to the service users.
Improved Data Security - The solution will improve business efficiency and reduce data security risks of subscribing to various modules with different companies which can cause loss of data as we will have to be manually transferring sensitive service users’ data from one system to another. Also, the solution will have improved stringent requirements around cryptographic security that dictates how and when to encrypt, transmit, and decrypt data which will ensure sensitive service users’ data are highly protected.
What we are looking for an IT consultant that can wear different hats with the varieties of skills and expertise below:
1. Project Initial preparations and considerations
2. Project Initiation and Agile project environment
3. Business Analysis i.e. understanding of business processes, As Is, To Be, stakeholder management, requirement elicitation, analysis and documentation
4. Prototype and solution development i.e. development of prototype and the solution itself, testing, prototyping, and coding so that the system will be able to function effectively
5. Technical Testing - Functional and non-functional testing
6. Roll Out and support i.e. phase roll out, users’ activation, cutovers, users support.
7. Post Implementation i.e. post implementation review, lesson learnt, benefit realisation etc.
