Summary

Join a leading service provider in strategic building repairs, planned maintenance, and improvements across the property sector. we're looking for a compassionate and proactive Resident Liaison Officer to be based in Stratford working across Essex & East Anglia area

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend resident surgeries, assisting with repairs and keeping residents updated.
  • Organise consultation events and attend meetings.
  • Identify resident vulnerabilities and liaise with housing officers or support services.
  • Investigate complaints and ensure they are resolved efficiently.
  • Keep residents and clients informed throughout the process.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with vulnerable residents and adapting to their needs.
  • Strong customer service experience.
  • Full, clean driving license.
  • Flexibility for travel and occasional evening meetings.
