Summary
Join a leading service provider in strategic building repairs, planned maintenance, and improvements across the property sector. we're looking for a compassionate and proactive Resident Liaison Officer to be based in Stratford working across Essex & East Anglia area

Key Responsibilities:
- Attend resident surgeries, assisting with repairs and keeping residents updated.
- Organise consultation events and attend meetings.
- Identify resident vulnerabilities and liaise with housing officers or support services.
- Investigate complaints and ensure they are resolved efficiently.
- Keep residents and clients informed throughout the process.
Requirements:
- Experience working with vulnerable residents and adapting to their needs.
- Strong customer service experience.
- Full, clean driving license.
- Flexibility for travel and occasional evening meetings.
