Job Overview
-The Business Support Manager will oversee and manage the daily administrative operations of the contract. This role involves providing high-level administrative support to senior management, coordinating office activities, and ensuring efficient business processes. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a knack for problem-solving. this role also provides support and mentoring to juinor admin staff members
Main Duties
-Oversee and manage daily administrative operations to ensure smooth and efficient business processes.
-Provide administrative support to senior leadership and management, including scheduling, correspondence, and meeting coordination, trainiong records accuracy, purchase orders and data input.
-Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
-Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
-Supervise and mentor administrative staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
-Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
-Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
-Assist in the organisation of company events and meetings.
-Support the development and implementation of business strategies and projects.

-Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of administrative and finance processes.
-Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
