Job Description
We are seeking experienced and versatile Multi-Skilled Technicians to carry out a wide range of building works and damp proofing services. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a broad skill set in building maintenance and repair to work on varied projects and gain experience in a specialized industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform Damp Proofing injections and associated works in both residential and commercial properties
• Carry out Plastering and internal wall finishing works after damp treatments
• Execute Wet & Dry Rot Timber Treatments and handle infestations, ensuring timber preservation
• Conduct Water Proofing & Tanking to prevent moisture penetration in basements and underground structures
• Diagnose and treat Timber Infestation issues, applying appropriate treatments
• Provide general maintenance and repairs as required, adhering to health and safety regulations
Requirements:
• Experience in Damp Proofing, Plastering, or Timber Treatment is essential
• Knowledge of Water Proofing, Rot Treatment, and Tanking is highly desirable
• Ability to work on your own initiative and solve problems on-site
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver quality work on time
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to various job sites
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients
