This full-time role is available immediately on a fixed-term basis until 30 May 2025.

The starting salary will be from £27,344 on Grade D, depending on qualifications and experience.



This role offers the opportunity for hybrid working – some time on campus and some from home.



About the role

The Global Opportunities Support Officer (Inbound) will be part of the Global Opportunities team and provide dedicated support on matters relating to inbound student mobility – exchange and direct enrol. Key duties will include the recruitment, guidance and support of students coming to our campuses on a global mobility before, during and upon their return from placement. Team members at this level work collaboratively to provide and act as “first port of call” for students, relevant staff and external stakeholders in relation to Global Opportunity programmes.



We are looking for someone with excellent organisation, planning, and data management skills who can communicate effectively in person, writing and email. The ideal candidate would also have experience of using student record databases, of working in event management, and of working in a Higher Education environment.
