Summary
Hours: 25 hours per week
Shift Pattern: Working four nights on four nights off on a rolling rota. Hours 11pm until 7am.

The role
We are currently looking to recruit a Night Concierge
Within the role the successful candidate will undertake housing related tasks during the hours the Court Manager is off duty in order to provide an efficient response service to emergencies within the building and effective liaison with internal departments and outside agencies involved in the provision of Older Peoples Services.

The essential requirements for the role include:
Office/administration experience
Experience working in a frontline customer facing environment
Good written and verbal communication skills
Good problem solving and decision making skills
Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent through training and/or experience
