Job Description:
As a Marketing Development Manager at ARDYK CONSULTING LTD, you will conduct market research, develop marketing strategies that align with company goals, and generate potential customers. Additionally, managing the budget, monitoring performance, and staying updated with necessary developments will also be part of your responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Research: Conducting thorough market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and market trends.
Marketing Strategy Development: Developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's objectives and target market.
Campaign Planning and Execution: Planning, coordinating, and overseeing marketing campaigns across various channels such as digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and traditional advertising. Ensuring campaigns are executed effectively to achieve desired results.
Lead Generation and Conversion: Implementing strategies to generate leads and nurture them through the sales funnel.
Collaboration with Sales Teams: Working closely with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales objectives.
Budget Management: Managing the marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI and achieve marketing objectives within allocated resources.
Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitoring and analyzing the performance of
marketing campaigns and initiatives using key metrics and analytics tools.
Brand Management: Ensuring consistency in brand messaging and positioning across all marketing channels.
Market Communication: Developing and implementing communication strategies to
enhance the company's visibility and reputation in the market.
Staying Current with Industry Trends: Keeping abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in marketing.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field is usually required; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
• Experience in marketing roles, including experience in market research, strategic
planning, campaign management, and team leadership.
• A solid understanding of the industry in which the company operates.
• Ability to develop and implement strategic marketing plans that align with overall
business objectives.
• Proficiency in analyzing market research data, interpreting trends, and making data-driven decisions.
• Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing campaigns and strategies that differentiate the company's offerings in the market and capture customer interest.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong leadership skills to inspire and guide a marketing team, delegate tasks, and
foster collaboration.
• Skills in project planning, organization, and execution to manage multiple marketing initiatives simultaneously and meet deadlines effectively.
