Summary
The Production Operative role involves mixing of products and making batches of coloured dispersion.
Preperation of vessels and cleaning of vessels before production is required as is a requirement of not being afraid to get dirty but working to as clean a standard as possible.
Once batches have been through production they need to be packed off.
We are a small team and work together as well as breaking off to to tasks alone so self motivation is needed.
You are given responsibility to get on with the job without being pushed or chased and we are fair on that front and training will be given.
What we always ask for is to be on time and commitment and we give the same in return.
Forklift experience would be an advantage but in house training can be carried out for the right person.
