The Board of Trustees wish to providean opportunity for an enthusiastic Midday Supervisor. We are looking for a highly motivated candidate to become part of our school team. The post holder will be based at Northmoor Academy.

The Harmony Trust was established in February 2014 and currently has 15 schools. This brings with it exciting opportunities for career progression and development for existing and future employees.


The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience of interacting with children
  • Ability to work under supervision and as a member of a team
  • Interpersonal skills to communicate well with children and to command attention
  • Ability to be flexible and to work on own initiative within school guidelines
  • Understanding of safeguarding and recognising the importance of ensuring a secure and safe environment for pupils
