Summary
The Position
The Best Connection is seeking to appoint a Training and Apprenticeship Consultant. We are passionate about developing the best people and have a well-established team who deliver a variety of training including our in-house apprenticeship programmes in Recruitment Consultancy and Customer Service, which was recently graded outstanding by OFSTED.
Package
Salary: £27,000 - £35,000 per annum, dependent on skills and experience.

In this hybrid role, you will deliver our high-quality training curriculum's, including facilitating classroom events and using your proven coaching skills and experience to further develop skills, knowledge and behaviours.
Key tasks and responsibilities include:
- Deliver a high-standard and professional learning experience every time
- Deliver a number of agreed face to face training days per month
- Coach and mentor a caseload of apprentices in achieving their apprenticeship qualification
- Assess employee’s competency against a standard and provide developmental feedback
- Support learners to ensure they complete training and pass apprenticeship qualifications to a high standard.
- Collaborate with managers to align learning outcomes with business objectives and ensure their achievement.
- Assist with the design, development, review, and continuous improvement of training materials in line with changes in process or policy
Key Attributes
You will be able to prove/ demonstrate:
- Experience of classroom training delivery
- Effectively manages time, resources and relationships to ensure that work is completed efficiently
- Can motivate others to learn and identify engaging ways of developing others
If you don’t have the professional qualifications to train, coach and mentor apprentices all the training will be offered internally.

CAVA (Certificate in assessing vocational assessment)

General information
Hours: 40 hours per week between hours of 08.00 – 17.00 with 1 hour for lunch.
A DBS check and reference are required for this position.
