Key Responsibilities:
Supervise on-site roofing crews and oversee all site activities.
Manage materials, project schedules, and resources.
Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure smooth project execution.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain high-quality standards.
Conduct regular site inspections and resolve any issues promptly.
Utilise iPad and app for site reporting and project documentation.
Drive between sites to deliver materials and support teams.
Requirements:
A valid UK driving licence.
Strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and ability to communicate effectively.
Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with health and safety regulations is beneficial.
