Summary
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Store Manager to oversee daily operations at our pizza shop. The Store Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, managing staff, and delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry, strong leadership skills, and a track record of managing a fast-paced restaurant or food service environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the pizza shop, ensuring a high standard of food quality and customer service.
- Manage, train, and motivate a team of kitchen staff, pizza chefs, and front-of-house employees.
- Handle staff scheduling, payroll, and performance evaluations, ensuring appropriate staffing levels during peak hours.
- Maintain inventory and order supplies, ingredients, and equipment, ensuring cost-effectiveness and minimal waste.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and hygiene standards, as well as all local regulations.
- Manage the shop’s budget, control costs, and track sales to meet financial targets.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback to ensure a positive dining experience.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to update menus, introduce promotions, and ensure that all food offerings align with customer preferences.
- Ensure that the shop is clean, well-maintained, and adheres to brand standards at all times.
- Implement and maintain efficient operational procedures, improving productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Manage cash handling procedures, daily sales reports, and banking deposits.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Manager, or relevant role in the food industry, preferably in a pizzeria or fast-casual restaurant.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in restaurant management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle pressure, and multi-task.
- Proficiency in managing budgets, inventory, and scheduling software.
Preferred:
- Experience with pizza or Italian cuisine.
- Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.
- Strong business acumen with a focus on driving sales and profitability.
- Experience minimum 12 Month of Store Manager
