Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our NHS Cleaning team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas are tidy and presentable. This role requires a commitment to high standards of cleanliness and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Duties
Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
Clean and sanitise restrooms, kitchens, and communal areas.
Dispose of waste in accordance with health and safety regulations.
Maintain cleaning supplies and report any shortages or equipment malfunctions.
Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure satisfaction with cleaning services.
Follow established health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements
Proficiency in English is essential for effective communication.
Previous experience in a NHS cleaning role is advantageous.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
