Summary
Your new companyThis is an exciting opportunity to join an established global automotive company based in Oxfordshire. The purpose of the role is to work closely with the IT Manager and other teams within IT, taking ownership of the Ivanti ITSM tools.
Your new roleAs the successful candidate, your responsibilities will include:
- Develop and support the Ivanti Service Manager product.
- Review, develop, and maintain the product lifecycle.
- Enhance request capabilities by building manual and automated request offerings.
- Review incoming requirements and provide design and build estimates.
- Build, test, and deploy to production.
- Recommend and implement improvements to the existing environment.
- Assist and provide cover for other Ivanti products as needed.
What you'll need to succeedTo be the successful candidate, you will need:
- Strong knowledge of Ivanti ITSM tools (Service Manager, EPM, Neurons, Heat, Automation and Identity Director or Similar)
- Experience working with Intune and Azure
- Intune for Autopilot / MDM (Personal iOS/Android Enrolments)
- Understanding of APIs and Powershell
- Knowledge of Windows OS/Branch lifecycle
- Knowledge of software packaging
- Understanding of patching processes
