Summary

We are currently seeking dedicated individuals for domiciliary care positions. Candidates will be responsible for visiting and providing care at 4 to 5 locations per day shift. This position requires a person-centered approach to support clients in their own homes, assisting with their daily needs and enhancing their quality of life.

Job Types: Permanent, Part-time, Full-time

Expected hours: 16 – 48 per week

Schedule:
- Day shift
- Flexible availability
- Weekend availability

Key Responsibilities:

- Travel between 4 to 5 client locations per day to provide high-quality care.
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Support with medication management and adherence to health care appointments.
- Provide companionship and support with daily activities and exercises.
- Prepare meals and assist with dietary needs.
- Maintain accurate care documentation and client records.
- Use the care home’s system to access location details and client information once login credentials are provided.
- Comply with all health and safety regulations and maintain confidentiality.

Person Specification:

Required:

- own car, mileage paid
-Previous experience in a caregiving role preferred but training will be given.
- Ability to handle physical tasks and maintain high levels of personal care.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Compassionate, reliable, and dedicated to improving clients' quality of life.

Compliance Requirements:

Applicants must be able to provide the following documentation:

- DBS check or similar background verification.
- Relevant caregiving qualifications or willingness to undergo training.
- Proof of right to work in the UK.
- Any other required certifications or health checks as specified by local regulations.
