Job description
Post Holders Tasks and Responsibilities:
Finances and Infrastructure
Control the finances for all purchases required for the running of the Centre including, staff & student clothing and equipment, all travel and subsistence costs.
Provide monthly Forecast of Out-turn to business manager and internal monthly spend.
Manage the in-year spending plan including maintaining an up to date 5 year plan, holding monthly finance meetings and keeping accurate records.
Manage the in-year infrastructure/maintenance plan including review and updating the forecast plan, holding monthly infrastructure meetings, keeping accurate records and liaising with Reserve Forces Cadet Association and other external agencies.
Prepare for all annual Centre Audits and is responsible for creating any required action plans.
Responsible to OC RRCC the Robson Academy of Resilience Business Manage to support the management of RRCC’s ePC account.
Arranging for transactional & functional uplifts to be set in place.
Manage Welfare & Amenities (non-public) fund. Reconcile account against monthly bank statements and provide annual accounts for AGM.
Any other duties as directed to by the Officer in Command.
Additional Responsibilities:
Line Managers Admin Assistant.
Complete the duties of the Stn Security Officer.
Complete the duties of the Building Custodian for site.
Complete the duties of the Health & Safety Officer.
Complete the duties of the Fire Officer.
Any other support functions as required by the OC, 2iC, WO or CI.
