Summary

The Package

  • Job Title: Mobile Maintenance Electrician
  • Location: Cumbria
  • Salary: £35,000-£41,500 per annum (based on experience)
  • Oncall: 1/5 with standby pay
  • Hours: 40 hours -M-F
  • Company vehicle, fuel card
  • Annual holidays including bank holidays
  • Opportunity to work with a leading Facilities Management (FM) client

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on electrical systems and equipment in commercial properties.
  • Respond promptly to emergency call-outs and rectify faults efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and electrical standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of all work completed and provide reports as required.
  • Collaborate with other maintenance team members to deliver a high standard of service.

Requirements:

  • 18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification.
  • City and Guilds Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Installation/Maintenance.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, particularly within commercial property maintenance.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
