Summary
The Package
- Job Title: Mobile Maintenance Electrician
- Location: Cumbria
- Salary: £35,000-£41,500 per annum (based on experience)
- Oncall: 1/5 with standby pay
- Hours: 40 hours -M-F
- Company vehicle, fuel card
- Annual holidays including bank holidays
- Opportunity to work with a leading Facilities Management (FM) client
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on electrical systems and equipment in commercial properties.
- Respond promptly to emergency call-outs and rectify faults efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and electrical standards.
- Maintain accurate records of all work completed and provide reports as required.
- Collaborate with other maintenance team members to deliver a high standard of service.
Requirements:
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification.
- City and Guilds Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Installation/Maintenance.
- Proven experience in a similar role, particularly within commercial property maintenance.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
