BP Monitoring Phlebotomy New Patient Health Checks Urinalysis & Preparation of Specimens Vaccine / Cold Chain Storage Surgical Equipment B12 Injections Flu Injections Weight Monitoring lifestyle Advice and Promotion Wound Dressings Room Stock Chaperoning Organising of Sharp Bins, labelling and collection Long Term Condition Reviews Administration and Professional Responsibilities: To attend and contribute to the Practices Clinical & MDT Meetings Maintain accurate clinical records on SystmOne Ensure all consultations or interventions are documented accurately on the clinical systems templates Maximise data capture for QoF File patient blood results and any correspondence correctly Book appointments, and complete all information to enable enough information is retrieval from the medical records Develop an understanding of the practices appointment system, how to maximise this and use of appointments appropriately Health & Safety Awareness Adherence and understanding of the need for strict Confidentially Participation in annual appraisals. Practice training programmes Maintain high quality care within the practice Other Delegated Duties: An ability to use own judgement, resourcefulness, common sense and local knowledge To respond to patient enquiries and requests while adhering to practice limitations Ability to work autonomously and determine own workload Understand and accept own capabilities and awareness of own limitations Excellent communication skills Willing to work flexibly
