Summary
CLEANING SUPERVISOR
Grade 2 (Point 3) - £22,737 fte - Actual salary £15,36225 hours a week 5 hours per day - 6:15am to 8:15am and 3:30pm to 6:30pm
Start date - ASAP St Mary’s College is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. We are seeking to appoint a confident, capable and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to line manager a team of SM6 cleaning assistants and ensure that the school cleaning procedures are carried out effectively and efficiently. You will be an organised and hardworking person who can be flexible and adaptable to changing situations and work calmly and effectively under pressure. Under the direction of the Trust Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for the provision of cleaning services in accordance with the cleaning specification, ensuring that the school is cleaned to a high standard. You will also be responsible for assessing and monitoring the cleaning standards within the designated areas and provide training to cleaning staff as required. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a dedicated team of staff who are committed to providing the best possible service for our students and staff.
