A successful candidate will be a friendly and reliable team member with an interest in working with children in the busy hubbub of a large school. WHAT WE OFFER Term-time hours The opportunity of working within a supportive and friendly environment. Pension Scheme. JOB REQUIREMENTS You will be responsible for supervising a class of children both inside and outside during the lunch hour, maintaining good behaviour at all times, encourage healthy eating and helping pupils whilst eating their lunch where necessary, supervising play sessions and engaging with our young community. THE RIGHT CANDIDATE WILL HAVE: a proven ability to work on their own initiative as well as being an effective team member. a keen eye for detaila patient, kind and caring but firm manner. a high level of communication skills and the ability to relate positively to children and adults. an alignment to a can-do culture. a commitment to the happiness well-being, self-esteem and progress of everyone at the school.
