• Additionally, you will act as a role model for other medical leaders across MFT, securing confidence and credibility with teams as well as external stakeholders and our local communities.
• Guiding us through challenging decisions, sometimes in the face of opposition, you will ensure we act in the best interests of patient safety and patient experience.
• Using your exceptional communication and collaboration skills, you will help reconfigure our services to put patients at the centre of everything we do, working with other MFT medical leaders.
• Lastly, it goes without saying, you will demonstrate MFT values and behaviours, striving to continuously set and maintain the highest standards for both you and your team, whilst motivating and inspiring others to achieve these.
