Summary

To contribute to the meeting of local authority targets regarding statements of Inclusion, Education Health and Care plans and to make an effective contribution to other Council targets including raising the achievement of pupils identified with SEN and promoting Inclusion within schools and settings across the borough.

To monitor SEN provision according to quality standards both nationally and those of the authority for individual pupils with SEN.

To provide advice, support and challenge where appropriate on issues related to efficient and effective inclusive education practices for pupils with SEN.
Applications are invited from highly motivated, enthusiastic and hardworking individuals who are experienced within SEN.

This is a hybrid role and will require multiple site access – home based / office based and with schools and colleges.

It is likely that the interviews will take place on Thursday 7th November and this will take the form of an assessment day.
