As we expand our services, we are looking for dedicated and licensed drivers to join our growing team.
Position Overview:
We are currently recruiting PCO Licensed Drivers (licensed by Transport for London) and Dartford Licensed Drivers (issued by Dartford). This role involves transporting students to and from school during term time, with two runs per day (morning and afternoon). This is a rewarding opportunity to help children with a variety of needs, ensuring their safe arrival at school and home.
Key Requirements:
• Licensing: Candidates must hold either a valid PCO License (TFL) or Dartford License.
• Vehicles: Drivers must own their own vehicle. We are looking for a range of vehicle types, including 4-seaters, 6-seaters, 8-seaters, and wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
• Female Drivers: We are actively seeking female drivers to meet specific requests from our clients.
• Newly Licensed Drivers: We welcome newly licensed drivers as we offer training to new drivers to help them succeed in their role.
• Location: Ideally, candidates should reside in Kent, but we welcome applications from those in surrounding areas willing to commute as some school runs require pickup or drop off from or to Kent surrounding areas.
• Availability: Drivers must be available for school runs every morning and afternoon during term time. Part-time work is occasionally available.
• Clean Driving Record: A clean driving license is required, though we may accept up to 6 penalty points.
• Professionalism: Drivers are expected to demonstrate a high standard of driving, maintain a neat and professional appearance, and consistently be punctual and responsible for each scheduled run.
• Safety First: Experience with transporting children, especially those with special needs, is preferred, though not mandatory.
Benefits & Compensation:
• Competitive Pay: Starting from £80 to £200 per day, depending on the type of vehicle, number of students, and journey distance.
