Responsibilities
Assist in food preparation and cooking tasks as directed by chefs.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas.
Wash, peel, and chop vegetables and fruits as needed for meal preparation.
Assist with loading and unloading kitchen supplies and equipment.
Conduct regular cleaning and sanitization of kitchen surfaces, tools, and appliances.
Help manage food inventory, keeping track of stock levels and expiration dates.
Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements
Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred, but not mandatory.
Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking tools.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and organization.
Effective communication skills to collaborate with kitchen staff.
Ability to follow instructions and recipes accurately.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
