Summary
The London Bridge Experience, one of the UK’s scariest attractions, is looking for enthusiastic and energetic Operational Staff to join our team!
What You'll Be Doing:
Box Office Duties: Greet guests, sell tickets, and be the first point of contact for all thrill-seekers!
Retail Shop: Assist customers in picking up awesome spooky souvenirs and help with sales in our shop.
Queue Line Management: Keep the excitement alive while ensuring guests are ready to enter our thrilling attraction. You'll be managing crowds, keeping energy high, and maybe even teasing a few frights!
General Customer Service: Deliver top-notch customer care, answer questions, and make sure every guest leaves with a smile (or a scream).
What We’re Looking For:
Outgoing personalities who can handle the scares and bring the fun!
A passion for history, horror, and all things Halloween is a positive
Great communication and people skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays during our busiest (and spookiest) season.
