Salary: Grade B. SCP 3 £22,737 - SCP 4 £23,114

Hours Per Week: 36 hours per week to include Saturday

Base Location: Various locations throughout the borough

The Role

Operations and Greenspace are responsible for the delivery of a number of important front-line functions relating to street cleansing, grounds maintenance, arboriculture, countryside and playground services.

This role will take the lead in the provision of a Town Centre Cleansing Service with the main duties being litter picking, emptying litter bins and the removal of fly tipping and low levels of graffiti.

The shift pattern will include Saturday working.

About You

We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated and well organised individual to form part of the Environmental Cleansing service.

The ability to work outdoors and in all weather conditions is an essential requirement of the post.
