The Capgemini Technical Lead is responsible for the technical delivery of their technology area, to the Operations Lead and Client

Your role


Own the senior technical delivery of Digital Workplace Service overall, ensuring a successful and high-quality service provision.
Manage escalations, issues, roadblocks and strategy for the technology.
Ensure that SLA targets are met in technology discipline.
Provide the technical lead role and assist the teams during investigations into incidents, problems, changes or any other issues with these services.
Support the ITIL functions to ensure a fully functioning service. Manage the costs of these services to ensure efficiency and quality delivery to our clients.
Your skills and experience


Experienced in Technical Leadership
Experience in Citrix VDI
Technically astute in Digital Workplace services (e.g. SCCM, M365, SOE etc)
Financial Acumen / experience of managing technical costs and PXQ
ITIL Qualified (preferred)

Your security clearance
To be successfully appointed to this role, it is a requirement to obtain Security Check (DV) clearance.
To obtain DV clearance, the successful applicant must have resided continuously within the United Kingdom for the last 5 years, along with other criteria and requirements.

Throughout the recruitment process, you will be asked questions about your security clearance eligibility such as, but not limited to, country of residence and nationality.
