Summary
Job Title: 2nd Line Support Analyst
Hours: 35 per week
Location: Croydon (Remote work possible after 6 months’ probation)
Salary: £27,000
Key Purpose of the Role:
As a 2nd Line Support Analyst, you will play a critical role in providing day-to-day technical support to our staff within a multi-layered support function, serving a user base of over 3,500. You will be part of a leading Learning Disability Provider ranked in the top 100, ensuring effective and timely support to our teams. Regular attendance at our headquarters will be expected, with hybrid working arrangements available following a successful probation period.
Essential Criteria:
- Experience supporting Windows 7 & 10
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, etc.)
- Basic understanding of networking principles (TCP/IP)
- Knowledge of Active Directory and user administration
- Familiarity with Office 365
- Awareness of data security principles and processes
- Understanding of ITIL processes
