Summary
The Deputy Theatre Manager is primarily responsible for the provision of safe, high quality care. You will ensure effective safety and governance systems for clinical standards are in place and that support from administrative and clinical systems is optimising the quality patient experience.
The post holder will provide a senior, accessible, visible and clinical professional presence in the clinical environment to which staff, patients and their families can turn for assistance.
We are looking for an individual that can provideinspirational leadership to the peri-operative clinical teams and staff working in your areas of responsibility.
You will have a strong background in engaging teams to achieve the highest levels of safety and quality standards.You will be able to evidence positive change management in patient experience and safety outcomes.
You will be proficient in working collaboratively across mutli-disciplinary teams, embedding a culture of learning from qualitative and quantitative data.
