Summary
TEMP TO PERM - Maintenance Man. Our Woodbridge / Rendlesham, based client, requires a maintenance Operator to do a variety of duties listed below. You will need your own transport to get there.

Duties:
Conducting routine inspections of premises and equipment.
Performing preventative maintenance.
Handling basic repairs and maintenance.
Overseeing contractors when professional repairs are necessary.
Diagnosing mechanical issues and correcting them.
Communicating accurately, concisely, and professionally with all members of staff.
General handyman duties.
Overseeing gas deliveries.
Overseeing waste management.
Ensuring all outside areas are clean and tidy (inc pallet management).
Forklift training will be required for waste management and moving pallet purposes.
Our client offers:
Monday to Friday (Days) 0800-1630 with a 30 minute break. £12.50 p/h PAYE.
Regular shift pattern.
Physical work will be involved.
You will need your own transport to get there.
Free car parking on site.
Possible permanent position following a successful trial period.
