Summary
we are looking for experienced SIA Door Supervision staff (nights) to join our team in Solihull.
Applicants preferably should have experience working in the hospitality trade at night clubs, pubs, bars etc.
We are looking for someone who is smart and approachable and will have the ability to communicate with people at all levels.
Shifts: Friday and Saturday 19.30 - 00.30 -but is a possibility of extra hours
Rate Of Pay: £11.75 per hour
Duties and requirements:
• Meet and Greet customers
• Protect the venue, customers and client from anti-social behaviour
• Determine the suitability of customers entering the premises - effective problem solver
•
• Have health and safety awareness
• Confidently work independently or within a team
• Facilitate a smooth running of the venue by being assertive
• Must be able to respond to incidents as they occur and deal with them accordingly
• Must provide excellent customer service.
Crucial:
• Valid SIA Door Supervisor licence
• Fluent English language
• Customer service focused
• Conflict management skills
• Visual deterrent
• Smart and presentable
• Experience working on the doors
